During the early 20th century in the U.S ,Ashcan school was a response to the unrealistic fantasy & optimism. Painting the realities of people on New York streets and the violence of new century was among the main subjects of this movement. I got to know this movement by studying history of art through images and documents and matching mutual social & cultural points. Violence has turned into a normal and organic status for my generation, since we were born during the war and have experienced various pressures and social and sexual discrimination. Quite passively in our lifetime, we are always involved in constant battle. Human relationships have become a thorough slapstick. The collection of ring & tint is an objective visualization of
my four-decade experience in life. It is only a realism without any hints or signs.

We give and take tints. We scratch one another and leave marks on one
i another that are unrecoverable. Our life is certainly a complete war, even in its ultimate peace and calm. Apparently, winner or loser, they both lost one shared thing and that is lifetime.
